Most of them operate in a collective bargaining environment with multiple unions.

Benefits offered include group health, dental, vision, life, disability and flexible spending plans. Some are self insured and others fully insured, with most employing a variety of funding techniques.

Each client's "solution" is unique to them and has been carefully constructed to satisfy their objectives, recognizing the constraints within which they operate. No "solution" is static.
